DID YOU KNOW?
Punch and Judy
Punch and Judy was first seen on 9th May, 1662 by Samuel Peeps (which is also Mr Dan’s birthday, so he must have been born to do Punch and Judy!)
See PricingOur professional puppeteer will warm up the boys and girls, and present a fast paced comedy puppet show. The audience may have an opportunity to meet the cast afterwards and even have their photo taken with our hand carved puppets.
Allow around 45 minutes for a Punch and Judy show. This includes a warm up, the actual show time of 25-30 minutes.
For schools we can also organise an after show question and answer session and meet the cast photo shoot with selected children holding our traditional puppets.
Many moons ago, Punch and Judy shows included lots of smacking , but nowadays, this theme has been watered down tremendously for the modern audience.
Punch and Judy is for all ages. We have even performed in nursing homes stimulating happy child hood memories for older audiences.
